It's quote time! Both Sarah & I selected quotes for this post. I picked a quote on friendship and Sarah picked one about love, so we have all the bases covered. ;)
Lindsay: I should really get better about marking quotes in books that I like, but I'm usually in too big of a hurry to keep reading to make that happen. So for my quote, I went way back to one of my favorite childhood books, Charlotte's Web by E.B. White.

Sarah: Leo Tolstoy was a wise man. This quote could not be truer for me.
What do you guys think of our quotes? They're both good ones to remember & to live by!
I really love those! That Charlotte's Web one was precious! I almost included some Tolstoy on mine, but didn't.
ReplyDeleteAw I love them both but the Charlotte's Web throwback is especially appreciated. <3
ReplyDeletePS: I am terrible at marking quotes to. I've only ever marked one and that's the one I used!

I adore both of these quotes!! They are perfect for the mini challenge, and I think The Charlotte's Web quote is just fantastic! You know I have a soft spot for children's literature so it was wonderful to see this.
ReplyDeleteCharlotte's Web!! Oh, I love it.
ReplyDeleteLove what you did with the Charlotte's Web one.
ReplyDeleteI love both quotes! I haven't read Charlotte's Web! I probably should haha!
ReplyDeleteBoth quotes are so beautiful! I've never read Tolstoy, but that quote made me want to experience his writing. And that Charlotte's Web quote gave me so many feels. I need to revisit that story! :)
ReplyDeleteAhhh Tolstoy...he is also a favorite of mine! Lovely quotes.
